Meet Nathan
Sterile processing is one of the most consequential jobs in healthcare, and for too long it has been one of the least supported by quality education. I built these programs because I wanted every technician — whether they're just starting out or already running a department — to have a clear, structured path to mastery that actually mirrors what certification bodies test and what real departments demand.
Every school I've created is built around the domains that matter: the AAMI and OSHA standards, the instrument anatomy and chemistry, the management frameworks, and the exam question formats. I don't pad content with fluff. If it's in the curriculum, it's there because a technician doing this job correctly needs to understand it — and because it's likely to show up on your CRCST, CSPDT, CFER, CER, CIS, CSIS, CSPM, or CHL exam.
My approach is methodical and honest. Each course moves from foundational concepts into applied knowledge, with quizzes and tests at every stage so you're never guessing how you're doing. I write the way I'd explain something at a whiteboard — plainly, specifically, and with enough detail that it actually sticks.

A comprehensive certification-prep program training new sterile processing technicians in all four core domains — Decontamination, Assembly, Sterilization, and Sterile Storage — with quizzes, tests, and a proctored final exam. Earn a Certificate of Completion accepted toward your CSPDT (CBSPD) or CRCST (HSPA) certification application.
